These tasty creams are used at their best for making appetizers and for flavouring some dishes such as grilled meat. They are plainly produced with the Goccia di Sole extra-virgin olive oil. They are available in 212 ml and 106 ml jars and in the following kinds, with a shelf life of 18 months.
